Starseek is an online retail platform operated by Starseek, Inc. When you place an order on Starseek, you are purchasing from Starseek. We source products from third-party retailers and have them shipped directly to you.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Order acceptance is at Starseek’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order after acceptance if, for example, a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled by third-party retailers on Starseek’s behalf. Shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the fulfilling retailer and your location.
• Starseek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

6. Spark AI Assistant

Starseek’s Spark AI assistant provides product recommendations and information for informational purposes only. Recommendations are not guarantees of product quality, availability, or suitability. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please verify product details before purchasing. Starseek is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on Spark’s recommendations.
