When you order on Starseek, we source the item from a third-party retailer and have it shipped to you. The timelines below are typical estimates, not guarantees.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Because items are fulfilled by third-party retailers on our behalf, processing time can vary by retailer and product availability.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on the fulfilling retailer and your destination. Larger or made-to-order items may take longer; any known delay will be communicated by email.
Shipping is currently free on all orders within the United States. Any applicable fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. You can also view order status in your Starseek account.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations; any such restriction is noted at checkout.
