<p>Our Tropical Poplin Cargo Shorts carry forward the design of the field trousers issued to U.S. troops in the 1940s--purpose-built for movement, utility, and comfort in warm climates. Cut from 5-oz. cotton poplin, they're light, breathable, and quick to dry, making them ideal for long days outdoors or on the move.</p><p>The relaxed fit and 9.5" inseam provide coverage just above the knee with plenty of room to move. The double-layer seat adds reinforcement where it counts.</p><p>The generous side-seam cargo pockets feature expandable gussets and close with hidden snaps. Front and rear pockets are protected by flaps to keep contents secure, and the waistband fastens with chip-resistant buttons and a sturdy metal zipper.</p>
