<p><strong>Our Guest Curator: Claudette Zepeda, Chispa Hospitality</strong></p> <p>Claudette Zepeda is an award-winning chef, culinary entrepreneur, and culinary anthropologist known for her bold approach to regional Mexican cuisine.
