Move With Us. NYC! Join us for an outdoor mat strength and sculpt class with F45 in partnership with Freaks of Nature. We'll meet at Pier 46, off the WSH for class at 10AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to get set up and checked in for class. F45 Instructor and Halfdays community member, Claire Oosterhouse will lead us in a strength sculpt class, with elements of the signature F45 HIIT training. Be sure to bring your mat, towel and water!
