Major label debut from Long Beach ska punk band Sublime. Sublime was originally recorded in 1996 and would be the band's final album. The band took influence from all over the musical map, blending punk with ska, hip hop, funk and Jamaican rhythms. There were plenty of hit singles from the album that made Sublime a mainstay on radio in 1996 and 1997. Includes the songs: "What I Got," "Wrong Way," "Santeria," and "Caress Me Down." Seventeen tracks in all. Released by Geffen Records on double vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve.

black double vinyl pressing

gatefold sleeve

music: Geffen Records 2016

reviewed by herd core 07/2016
