<p>Fondly named after the roaster’s charming hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee, this robust roast is a blend of washed coffees from Cajamarca, Peru, and Papua New Guinea's Kolum Opints and Wet Mill, located in the Banz area of the Waghi Valley.</p> <p>We tasted nutty notes of almond, sorghum, and chocolate.</p> <p>🌎 ​​Origin: Papua New Guinea + Peru</p> <p>⚗️ Process: Washed</p> <p>🔬 Variety: Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Arusha</p> <p>⛰️ Elevation: 1,400–1,900 MASL</p> <p>🔥 Roast: Medium-Dark</p>
