Previous effort <a href="https://www.turntablelab.com/search?&q=Evil%20Empire&filter=Brand/Manufacturer/Artist_fq:%22Rage%20Against%20The%20Machine%22" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>Evil Empire</em></a> saw the band's audience swell exponentially, and they capitalized (sorry guys) on this exposure with more ferocious charges against the government with more crossover appeal than ever before. The album's ominous title and cover art brought the realness of these charges to a whole new level.
