Patch - BEER MILE

<p>Participants will choose a weight that challenges them (60, 80, or 100 lbs) and carry it for 1 mile as fast as they can. Break the mile up into four 1/4 mile laps and chug <meta charset="utf-8">one 12 oz. beer before each lap. Four laps, four beers, best time wins!<meta charset="utf-8"></p> <p>Don't like mixing beer and cardio? Go all out!</li> <li>Do this 4 times total. Track your time…it’s fun to track your improvement. Results definitely show if you're getting too lopsided in your training/life balance.</li> <li>Scaled version is to drink while you’re on your lap. You can also scale down the weight if you need to.</li> <li>Encourage others along the way.</li> <li>NA Beer is just fine.
