<p dir="ltr"><span>A blend of organic toasted brown rice and organic matcha, Nami's genmaicha offers the nostaglic flavor of brown rice tea that many of us grew up on. While genmaicha is typically a steeped tea, we've turned it into a powder! Making it perfect for a latte packed with toasty flavor. </span></p> <p dir="ltr">Genmaicha can be prepared exactly the same as matcha, but we recommend using slightly more powder due to the amount of brown rice. The expected color for genmaicha is yellow-green! Best served as a latte with a touch of sweetener. </p> <p dir="ltr">The matcha used in our genmaicha is first harvest, sourced from <meta charset="utf-8">Shizuoka, Kagoshima and Miyazaki. It is made of Yabukita, Yutakamidori, and Saemidori cultivars.</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Store genmaicha in a cool, dry place. Keep tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to sunlight for longevity!</em></p>
