General Purpose probe for the ThermaData Series II loggers helps reduce premature wear and tear. The rugged transition is not only stronger, it's also waterproof! A great probe for general use in a number of applications including smokehouses, coolers and cook-chill processes. The cable is covered in a heat-resistant (5 to 221°F (-15 to 105°C)) PVC and is available in 39", 78", and 118" lengths.
