We have the smallest hot unit, and now a cold unit to test thermometers at 0°C (32°F), which is the most common test point for handheld thermometers. With removable and interchangeable test sleeves, you can adapt this mini dry block from 3/8" diameter to 1/8" diameter and only purchase one unit. With a resolution of 0.1°, an accuracy to ±0.5°C, and fast time to temperature, most industrial thermometers can be checked in about 10 minutes. It comes with a NIST Traceable calibration certificate so you can rely on it as a thermometer standard. For even higher precision, use the heat source to perform a comparison calibration with one of our high accuracy thermometry standards. Call us for more details.
