<p><i>Influential ambient masterpiece from Brian Eno reissued!</i><i> </i>Originally released in 1978, <em>Music For Airports</em> would be the inaugural installment in <a href="https://www.turntablelab.com/search?type=product&q=brian+eno" target="_blank"><strong>Brian Eno</strong></a>'s four part <em>Ambient</em> series. The album comprises of four long form pieces crafted from layered tape loops, designed to defuse tension at an airport terminal and "<em>induce calm and a space to think.</em>" Eno was inspired to create the album after being peeved by the uninspired sound atmosphere at the Cologne Bonn airport in the mid-70's.
